Richard Bruce Cheney was born in Lincoln Nebraska on January 30 1941 the child of Richard Herbert Cheney and the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. When he was 13 years old, he relocated along with his parents into Casper located in western region of Wyoming and his father was the director of the local district of soil conservation for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
