Molly Tarlov (born November 11, 1981) is an American actress who is most famous from 2011 on for her character in the role of Sadie Saxton on the television comedy-drama program Awkward. Tarlov was one of two daughters born in the home of her grandparents in Manhattan. In the year she turned 10years old, Tarlov started her career as an actor in the production Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. The 7th graders who attended the show were extremely impressed. As she grew older she spent her summers in the Interlochen Center for the Arts as well as in Paris taking classes at NYU's Tisch. Bennington College gave her training on various forms of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company was another place she studied. She also incorporated writing into her show in the LAByrinth Theatre master course. Molly traded in her black winter coat for a pair of sunglasses in black and set off for Los Angeles. A three-word part of iCarly quickly caught the eye at her family members. Molly has been on a variety of shows on television and also produced Caitlin in the role of Winnie Holzman and Savannah Dooley in ABC Family's Huge. Molly is a pretentious pretender to play basketball well despite the fact that she isn't. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
